I/O is led by Adhira Sunkara, PhD. Like you, I am a founder, operator, and champion for tech entrepreneurship. I’m passionate about startups and have spent the past decade working with 800+ early-stage startups.
My expertise ranges from venture strategy to non-dilutive grant funding to University technology commercialization. I have mobilized millions across private, state, and federal sources.
Now I work directly with founders as a fractional executive and partner, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to the earliest stages of building.
